Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of construction and related services by SB Construction Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 We provide a range of construction services including, but not limited to, bathroom installations, kitchen installations, carpentry, decking, patios, decorating, fencing, flooring, plumbing, and heating.

1.2 All services are provided in accordance with applicable UK laws and building regulations.

1.3 We reserve the right to subcontract work to qualified professionals where necessary.

2. Quotations and Estimates

2.1 All quotes or estimates are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Quotes are based on the information provided by you. If the scope of work changes, we may issue a revised quote.

2.3 We are not responsible for additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or quote. Standard payment terms are [e.g., 14 days from invoice date] unless agreed otherwise.

4.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the work required.
 

5. Changes to Work

5.1 Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing and may incur additional charges.

5.2 We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from changes requested by you after work has begun.
 

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care in accordance with UK law.

6.2 Materials supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for defects caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

6.3 Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided.

6.4 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
 

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 You may cancel a contract before work begins, but we may retain a reasonable deposit to cover costs incurred.

7.2 We may terminate the contract if you fail to meet your obligations, including payment or access requirements.

7.3 Upon termination, you must pay for all completed work and materials purchased.

8. Health and Safety

8.1 We comply with all UK health and safety legislation.

8.2 You must notify us of any hazards or risks present on the site.

9. Data Protection

9.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Personal data will only be used for providing services, invoicing, and legal compliance.

10. Complaints
